Return Policy

At Kitchen Taste of Africa, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been delivered, unless:

• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product arrived spoiled or unsafe for consumption.
• The package was significantly delayed during transport, causing the food to become unsafe.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• A Full refund
• A Partial refund
• Store credit

Products that have been opened, improperly stored after delivery, or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law.
