Shipping Policy

Kitchen Taste of Africa currently delivers throughout Norway.

Packaging

All meat and perishable food products are carefully packed in:

• Insulated cooler boxes
• Ice packs
• Food-safe packaging

to help maintain freshness during transport.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Perishable products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately after delivery.

Do not consume products if the packaging is damaged or the food appears unsafe.

Failed Delivery

If the customer fails to receive or collect the shipment and the product becomes unsafe, Kitchen Taste of Africa cannot issue a refund.

We recommend that someone is available to receive the package on the expected delivery day.
